The Swiss company Schlafconcept GmbH specializes in beds, upholstered furniture and bed linen for the hotel industry. This is where we source our environmentally friendly, synthetic bed linen, which is also suitable for allergy sufferers.
We source fresh, seasonal products such as our Saanenland fresh milk and exquisite cheese specialties directly from the Schönried dairy.
Our bread comes from the Chnusper Becke of the Wehren family in Schönried and is still partly baked according to old recipes. The grain and flour come mainly from Bern.
Buure Metzgerei AG sources meat from local farmers. This ensures short transportation times. It produces dry sausages in its own smokehouse.
