Your hosts Heiner Lutz and Laurenz Schmid have been bidding welcome to their esteemed guests since 1st December 1977 at the Wellness & Spa Hotel Ermitage-Golf in Gstaad-Schönried. From the outset their motto has been “Service with real care”.
Director Stefan Walliser and his deputy director, Pascal Fischer, also adhere to this motto. They are delighted to be able to work in such a special place where, as hosts, they are able to concentrate on their tasks in the field of quality assurance, the development of future strategies and further training, along with those who work at the affilated Wellness & Spa Hotel Beatus in Merligen.
Stefan Walliser and Pascal Fischer have been involved in management roles at these hotels for over 10 years, covering the most divese responsibilities, and they live and breathe the philosophy of true hospitality every day. Both have learned their hotel expertise from the ground up. Time and again their professional paths have led them to the Wellness & Spa Hotels Ermitage-Golf or Beatus at different stages. Their theoretical skills were gained at the College of Hotel Management and via business seminars with “Hotelleriesuisse”.
