Winter is fondue or raclette time. Snow, sun and tingly cold – in the evening all paths lead to the ”Spycher” . Our cheese expert from the village, Johann, has created different cheese fondues for us, which are out of the ordinary. For those who have a palate for cheese and love meat, there is also the choice of the Fondue Chinoise. The daily cow milking competition should not be missed before attending the convivial fondue evening. Heaps of fun for adults and children alike!
