Winter is fondue or raclette time. Snow, sun and tingly cold – in the evening all paths lead to the ”Spycher” . Our cheese expert from the village, Johann, has created different cheese fondues for us, which are out of the ordinary. For those who have a palate for cheese and love meat, there is also the choice of the Fondue Chinoise.
