Gastronomy

Light, fresh Swiss cuisine is the order of the day at the Wellness & Spa Hotel Ermitage-Golf. Particular care is given to selecting seasonal products.   Peter Dosot   has been responsible for the quality of the cuisine for over twenty years. He cannot deny his Italian, or to be exact, his Ligurian, origins, whereby his creations bring epicures closer to a Mediterranean gourmet experience. He is responsible for the well being of guests from a gastronomic perspective, along with the maître d'hôtel,   Holger Rauwolf.
